Shipping & Returns Policy

At KidBasics, we are committed to delivering your baby care essentials in a safe, timely, and hassle-free manner. Below you'll find all the information related to our shipping process and return policies. Please read carefully before placing an order.
 

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your order is placed successfully.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, natural events, or logistical constraints.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee may apply, which will be displayed during checkout.

4. Payment Options

We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payment methods.
Note: COD may not be available in all areas and is subject to courier partner availability.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/email. You can monitor the delivery status at any time using that link.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly.
 

Return & Refund Policy

We care deeply about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of baby care and cosmetic items, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective or expired

2. Return Window

To be eligible, you must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Promotional items

4. Return Process

To request a return, email us at care@kidbasics.in or call our Helpline Number: +91 7009150400 with your order ID and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return pick-up if approved.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after you provide account details.
